Movement

Movement need not be so strenuous you are dripping in sweat and gasping for air to have benefit on your beautiful and strong body.

Movement can be that, yes, but it can also be gentle, supportive, and loving too.

We offer a mix of healing movement practices like yoga, tai chi, dance, brain training and resistance training for women in peri menopause, menopause and post menopause in the Menopause Movement Mission!

Our group classes are safe, fun and doable for any type of experience level.
