Mindfulness & Gratitude

Mindfulness & Gratitude

Mindfulness and gratitude are two key pillars to support yourself through mid-life.

Mindfulness defined by Mindful.org is the “…basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.”

Sounds too good to be true in our hectic lives, right?

It is a skill we can learn and do well with practice, and that’s what we do here, in this incredible Community, explore, practice and learn as we go.

Gratitude can be defined as “…a positive emotion that involves being thankful and appreciative and is associated with several mental and physical health benefits” (VeryWellMind).

Gratitude is something you have to practice and become aware of before you reap it’s benefits, but the practice of doing so is incredible rewarding!

Anndddd, we do it together- which makes it more fun, manageable and doable!
